Terms of Service

Use Teardown Deck as an editable audit draft system, not as a substitute for professional judgment.

These terms define the current product boundary for the Teardown Deck commercial MVP. They are designed to keep source material, review responsibility, payment, export, and support expectations explicit.

Product scope

Teardown Deck helps turn your SaaS screenshots, source notes, and critique brief into a structured audit deck draft with editable PPTX and PDF export paths.

It is built for CRO consultants, landing-page auditors, SaaS teardown creators, and agencies packaging review work for client delivery.

User responsibilities

  • You must have the right to upload and process the screenshots, copy, and source material you provide.
  • You must review all claims, recommendations, and screenshots before sending a deck to a client.
  • You must avoid uploading unlawful, infringing, confidential, or regulated content that you are not allowed to process.
  • You are responsible for final legal, financial, medical, advertising, and compliance review where those topics appear.

AI and generated drafts

Generated output is a draft. It can structure language, layout, and evidence framing, but it can be incomplete or wrong. You must check source facts, context, and client-specific wording before use.

Teardown Deck does not guarantee sales, funding, conversion lift, search ranking, ad performance, or any other business outcome.

Paid packages and delivery

  • Proof Audit Deck is a small proof package for testing the source angle and deck direction.
  • Client Audit Pack is the standard paid package for a fuller client handoff draft.
  • Boardroom Audit Suite is for larger source scopes and higher-stakes review workflows.
  • Package access controls determine which export formats are available after checkout.

Availability and support

We may pause checkout, generation, export, or support workflows when required to protect payments, security, cost controls, or service reliability.

Support can help with failed generation, checkout status, project recovery, deletion requests, and export problems. Support does not replace customer review of deck claims.

Misuse

Do not use Teardown Deck to create deceptive proof, fabricated case studies, unauthorized customer screenshots, spam, malware, or unreviewed regulated advice.
